1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using EnerChg, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app and uninstall it.

2. Service

EnerChg provides BLE device pairing, binding, status display, control, and optional cloud synchronization. The service depends on your hardware, system permissions, and network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in every environment.

3. Account and security

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account; report suspected compromise promptly.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for security, legal, or abuse reasons and cooperate with authorities where required by law.

4. Hardware and electrical safety

Follow product manuals and local electrical safety rules. You bear risks from misuse, unsafe wiring, or ignoring warnings. We are not liable for third-party hardware defects but strive to provide reasonable in-app notices.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the app for unlawful purposes, disrupt the service, reverse engineer except as permitted by law, scrape cloud APIs without authorization, or infringe others’ rights.

6. Intellectual property

UI, documentation, and software rights belong to the developer or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app package except through official channels.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, loss of profits, or loss of data unless caused by our intent or gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms on this page. You may stop using the app and request account deletion per Account & Data Deletion.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the developer’s domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
