EnerChg Account & Data Deletion

Use this URL for Google Play data-deletion fields, Huawei AppGallery, and related compliance. Apple also requires a workable in-app account deletion path where applicable (see Section 2).
1. Who this applies to
Registered EnerChg users on iOS, Android, HarmonyOS, and other official distribution channels.
2. How to delete your account
Option A — In the app (preferred)

Sign in to EnerChg.

Go to Me → Settings → Delete account (if your build does not show this yet, use Option B).

Confirm; we will delete or anonymize server-side data linked to your account.
Option B — By email

Email postmaster@enerchg.com from your registered address.

Subject: EnerChg account deletion

Body: registered phone or email; reason (optional).

We verify identity before processing.
3. Timeline
We typically complete deletion or respond within 15 business days after receiving a complete request.
4. Data we delete

Account profile (phone/email, display name, etc.)

Device binding relationships

Cloud configuration on our backend (Bmob / api.enerchg.com) linked to your account
5. Data we may retain

Security or audit logs required by law, up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.

Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
6. Data on your device
Uninstalling the app removes local caches (e.g. avatar) on your phone. We cannot remotely erase files stored only on your device.
