1. Scope

This Policy describes how we process personal information when you download, install, and use EnerChg through the channels above. The same URL may be used as the Privacy Policy link in App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Huawei AppGallery, and similar storefronts.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: phone number, email, password (stored encrypted), display name.
• Verification data: SMS/email OTP, captcha for sign-up and sign-in.
• Third-party sign-in: if you use WeChat Login, we receive identifiers such as OpenID as authorized (primarily China-region Android).
• Device identifiers (WeChat): when you use WeChat login or sharing, WeChat OpenSDK collects device identifiers (OpenID) for account binding and function invocation.
• MAC address: WeChat OpenSDK, fluwx, and flutter_secure_storage may read MAC address on some Android devices for device identification and secure storage.
• IP address: fluwx and flutter_secure_storage may log your IP address during network communication for security verification and log analysis.
• Android ID: collected by BaiduMobStat SDK for behavioral analytics.
• Device & IoT data: bound device serial numbers, BLE connection data, device status and telemetry.
• Location: on Android, location permission may be requested only where the OS requires it for BLE scanning; we do not continuously track precise location in the background. On iOS we use Bluetooth-related system capabilities and do not use location for advertising.
• Photos / camera: optional local profile avatar; not uploaded to our servers by default.
• Device & network metadata: device model, OS version, app version, network status.

• Clipboard: only when you actively tap "Copy download link", we write the APK download URL to the system clipboard; we do not read clipboard contents.
  

2.1 Consent timing

On first launch, the app shows a privacy/terms dialog. Before you explicitly accept, the app does not initialize analytics, analysis, sharing, or non-essential third-party SDKs. Only after acceptance does it request permissions and initialize related features under a minimal-necessity approach.

3. How we use information

• Registration, authentication, and account security
• BLE pairing, binding, monitoring, and control of hardware
• Cloud sync (Bmob REST / MQTT, when enabled)
• Version checks and updates via app stores or official channels
• Customer support

4. Storage, transfer, and retention

Data is stored on our Bmob-hosted backend (e.g. api.enerchg.com) and transmitted over HTTPS. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Deletion rules: Account & Data Deletion.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary data with: Bmob, MQTT services (if enabled), WeChat (if you use WeChat Login), Apple, Google, and Huawei (for app distribution, where applicable).

• Access and correct your account profile
• Stop using the app and uninstall; delete your account per Account & Data Deletion
• Where applicable law provides, request access, copy, or deletion via postmaster@enerchg.com

The app is not directed to children under 13. Contact us to delete any data collected in error.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy and publish a new effective date on this page. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means.
